Abstract
본 발명의 식물체 성숙 종자에서 특이적 유전자 발현을 유도하는 프로모터를 이용하여 목적유전자를 성숙 종자에 특이적으로 발현시킬 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 식물 종자의 형태 및 기능적 특성을 조절하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 공공 데이터베이스를 이용한 인실리코(in silico) 발현 분석을 통해 Os05g48650 유전자의 벼 조직별 발현 양상을 분석한 결과를 나타낸 도이다. 구체적으로, (A) Rice Oligonucleotide Array 데이터 분석 결과 및 (B) RiceXPRO 데이터 분석 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 Os05g48650 프로모터의 염기서열을 나타낸 도이다.

Claims (9)
- 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는, 식물 종자의 배(embryo), 배반 및 호분층 중 하나 이상에서 유전자 발현을 유도하는 프로모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터는 벼(Oryza sativa L.)로부터 분리된 것인 프로모터.
- 제1항의 프로모터를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 포함하는 식물 종자의 배(embryo), 배반 및 호분층 중 하나 이상에서 유전자 발현 유도용 조성물.
- 제3항의 조성물로 형질전환된 형질전환 식물체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환 식물체는 단자엽 식물체인 것인 형질전환 식물체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단자엽 식물체는 벼(Oryza sativa)인 것인 형질전환 식물체.
- 제4항에 따른 형질전환 식물체로부터 수득한 형질전환된 종자.
- 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프로모터 및 목적 단백질을 암호화하는 외래 유전자를 작동 가능하게 연결시켜(operatively linked) 제조된 재조합 벡터로 식물체를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는, 목적 단백질이 형질전환 식물체의 배(embryo), 배반 및 호분층 중 하나 이상에서 특이적으로 발현되는 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법.
- 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프로모터 및 목적 단백질을 암호화하는 외래 유전자를 작동 가능하게 연결시켜(operatively linked) 제조된 재조합 벡터로 식물체를 형질전환하여, 형질전환 식물체의 배(embryo), 배반 및 호분층 중 하나 이상에서 목적 단백질의 발현을 유도하는 방법.
