Abstract

"CáPSULA DE TAMPADURA COM ROSCA MELHORADA". A invenção refere-se a uma cápsula de tampadura (1), destinada a operar junto com um gargalo (5) de um recipiente, o dito gargalo (5) formando um bebedor (50) em sua parte superior e compreendendo, em sua parede lateral, um rosqueamento exterior (52) e uma parte diminuída (53) destinada ao encaixe da dita cápsula (1), compreende a) uma carcaça exterior (2) que compreende tipicamente uma cabeça exterior e uma saia exterior, b) um elemento de inserção (3), tipicamente feito de matéria plástica, o dito elemento de inserção (3), contido na dita carcaça (2) e solidarizado à dita carcaça (2), compreendendo uma cabeça interna (30) e uma saia interna (31) dotada de um rosqueamento interno (33) destinado a operar junto com o rosqueamento exterior (52) do dito gargalo (5), e c) uma junta de estanqueidade (4) que forma tipicamente uma peça adaptada solidarizada ao dito elemento de inserção, a dita junta (4) compreendendo uma parte central (40) e uma parte periférica ou borda (41), e é caracterizada pelo fato de que o dito elemento de inserção (3) compreende um meio de compressão radial (6) da dita junta de estanqueidade (4) contra o dito gargalo (5), de maneira a que, quando a dita cápsula de tampadura (1) é atarraxada ao dito gargalo (5), a dita borda (41) seja comprimida radialmente entre o dito elemento de inserção (3) e o dito gargalo (5). Vantagens: a estanqueidade e o torque de abertura da dita cápsula (1) dependem pouco da temperatura e de posição axial da dita cápsula (1) em relação ao dito gargalo (5).
