Abstract

"CARBONATO DE CáLCIO PRECIPITADO, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO E CARGA PARA CARREGAR O PAPEL UTILIZANDO O MESMO". Um gás contendo dióxido de carbono gás é soprado em uma pasta de hidróxido de cálcio que tem uma concentração de hidróxido de cálcio de 100 a 400 g/l obtida através da extinção a úmido de pelo cal calcinado com uma atividade de ácido clorídrico 4N (valor a três minutos) de 150 a 400 ml para permitir que eles reajam até que a taxa do carbonatação passe a ser 50 a 85%, e a seguir de 1 a 20% em volume de uma pasta de hidróxido de cálcio são adicionados, e mais gás contendo dióxido de carbono é soprado para terminar a reação. O carbonato de cálcio obtido por esse método consiste em agregados de carbonato de cálcio precipitado que têm um diâmetro de partícula secundárias de 1 a 10 <109>m e consiste em partículas primárias que têm um diâmetro longo de 0,5 a 3,0 <109>m, um diâmetro curto de 0,1 a 1,0 <109>m e uma relação de aspecto de menos de 3, tem características superiores devido a uma área de superfície específica BET na faixa de 8 a 20 m¬ 2¬/g e um volume de poro na faixa de 1,5 a 3,5 CM¬ 3¬/g, e podem ser uniformemente dispersos na fibra da polpa, e desse modo podem ser utilizados para fabricar papel de volume elevado.
