Abstract

"MéTODO DE LAMINAçãO A QUENTE LUBRIFICADA". Em um método de laminação a quente lubrificada usando um óleo lubrificante que contém um tipo ou dois ou mais tipo dentre fenato de metal alcalino-terroso altamente básico, carboxilato de metal alcalino-terroso altamente básico, salicilato de metal alacalino-terroso altamente básico, ou sulfonato de metal alcalino-terroso altamente básico, tendo uma basicamente de 40 mg KOH/g ou maior, e tendo uma viscosidade a 40<198>C e 800 mm¬ 2¬/8 ou menos, a laminação é realizada pela granulação ou atomização do óleo lubrificante em partículas cujo tamanho médio é menos de 1 mm, o óleo lubrificante é suprido aos cilindros usando um gás não-combustível cuja vazão é de 200 cm¬ 3¬ ou mais por minuto por bocal de lubrificação e cuja velocidade pe de 1 m ou mais por segundo, e a quantidade suprida do óleo lubrificante é controlada a 0,01 cm¬ 3¬ ou mais e 20 cm¬ 3¬ ou menos por 1 m¬ 2¬ de área de superfície dos cilindros.
