Abstract
"MEIO DE IMPRESSãO DE TRAMA NãO-TECIDA E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um meio de impressão de trama não-tecida compreendendo uma primeira camada de trama não-tecida formada de filamentos contínuos de polímero termoplástico e pelo menos uma camada de trama não-tecida adicional, unida à primeira camada de trama não-tecida, para formar um material de folha composto, unitário, integral. A primeira camada de trama não-tecida tem uma superfície externa adaptada para receber tinta de impressão, e o meio de impressão de trama não-tecida tem uma porosidade de não mais do que 75 CFM, de acordo com ASTM D737-80, e, em uma modalidade preferida, não mais do que 25 CFM. A primeira camada de trama não-tecida inclui um aglutinante de polímero termoplástico, que une entre si os filamentos contínuos de polímero termoplástico e também une a primeira camada de trama não-tecida à outra ou às outras camadas de trama não-tecida adicionais.
