Claims (20)
- セキュリティ用紙用基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、一またはそれ以上の紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)と、前記紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)の少なくとも一つの面に適合するように作られているポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)とを具え、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)が、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)の、前記紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)で覆われていない少なくとも一の領域においてほぼ透明で、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)に、ほぼ透明な窓(W)であって、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)で形成され、当該ポリマ層によって閉じられている窓を形成しており;
前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の厚さ(T)が、前記窓(W)がある領域において、前記窓(W)がある領域の外側の前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の厚さ(t)より大きく、かつ前記基体の(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)上側表面(I)から下側表面(II)まで延在しており;
前記窓(W)がある領域における前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の厚さ(T)が、前記窓(W)の領域の外側における、前記紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)の厚さと、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の厚さを加えた厚さとほぼ等しく、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)がほぼ均一かつ一定の厚さ(T)であり;
前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)がさらに、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の前記窓の領域における少なくとも一方の表面上に配置された、マイクロ光学構造(30;40;50;60;70)を具える;
事を特徴とする基体。 - 請求項1に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”)が、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)の全領域に亘って延在していることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)が、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)の領域の一部にのみ延在していることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項3に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)が、ポリマ材料でできたストリップ又はパッチの形状であることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S;S*;Sa)において、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20*)が、少なくとも第1及び第2の紙層(11、12;11*、12*)の間に挟まれており、窓(W)の領域において、基体(S;S*;Sa)の両表面(I、II)の方向に突出する部分があることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S**;Sb)において、前記ポリマ層(20”;20**)が前記基体(S**;Sb)の上側表面(I)に露出しており、この上側表面(I)に沿ってほぼ平坦な面があることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S;Sa;Sb)において、前記窓(W)の領域におけるマイクロ光学構造(30;60;70)が、前記ポリマ層(20;20*;20**)の前記面に直接的に予めエンボス加工されていることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S*)において、前記窓(W)の領域における前記マイクロ光学構造(40)が、前記ポリマ層(20’)の面に貼り付けられたフォイルエレメント(45)の面に、予めエンボス加工されていることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項8に記載の基体(S*)において、前記フォイルエレメント(45)が、前記ポリマ層(20’)の面にホットスタンプによって貼り付けられていることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S**)において、前記窓(W)の領域における前記マイクロ光学構造(50)が、前記ポリマ層(20”)の面に張り付けた材料の層(55)がある面をエンボス加工することによって形成されていることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項10に記載の基体(S**)において、前記材料の層(55)が、印刷によって前記ポリマ層(20”)の面に張り付けられていることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)と前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)のm窓(W)の領域における厚さ(T)が、100μmのオーダであることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の基体(Sa;Sb)において、前記ポリマ層(20*;20**)が、前記窓(W)の領域へ厚さが滑らかに移行していることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)において、前記マイクロ光学構造(30;40;50;60;70)がレンズ構造であることを特徴とする基体。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)を製造する方法において、
a)厚さ(T)が、前記窓形成部分(W)の外側の前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の厚さ(t)より大きい、少なくとも一の窓形成部分(W)を具える、少なくとも一のポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)を提供するステップと;
b)前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)が、前記紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)の少なくとも一つの面に接着するように形成されており、結果としての基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)がほぼ均一かつ一定の厚さ(T)である一またはそれ以上の紙層(11、12;15;11*、12*;15*)を提供するステップと;
c)マイクロ光学構造(30;40;50;60;70)を、前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の前記窓形成部分(W)の少なくとも一方の面に提供するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記マイクロ光学構造(30;60;70)が、前記ポリマ層(20;20*;20**)の前記窓形成部分(W)の前記面に直接予めエンボス加工されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記マイクロ光学構造(4)が、前記ポリマ層(20’)の前記窓形成部分(W)の前記側部に張り付けたフォイルエレメント(45)の面に予めエンボス加工されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記フォイルエレメント(45)を、前記ポリマ層(20’)の前記窓形成部分(W)の面にホットスタンプによって貼り付けたことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記マイクロ光学構造(50)が、前記ポリマ層(20”)の面に張り付けた材料の層(55)の面にエンボス加工によって形成されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項15乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記基体(S;S*;S**;Sa;Sb)及び前記ポリマ層(20;20’;20”;20*;20**)の前記窓形成部分(W)の厚さ(T)が、100μmのオーダであることを特徴とする方法。
