Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA COMPLETAR O FECHAMENTO SUPERIOR DE SACOS DE FUNDO PLANO PARA PRODUTOS DE PEQUENAS DIMENSõES". A invenção a seguir refere-se a uma máquina para completar o fechamento superior de um saco com fundo plano para produtos de pequenas dimensões. A máquina compreende uma unidade transportadora (1) dos sacos (156) e uma sucessão de estações (100), (200), (300) e (400) posicionadas ao longo de um trajeto de trabalho substancialmente horizontal definido pela mencionada unidade transportadora (1). Primeira estação (100) compreende meios (45) para expelir ar do interior do saco (156). Segunda estação (200) compreende meios de vedação por calor (90) e (91) para conduzir a vedação completa de abas opostas (138) do topo do saco, faca de corte (102) para separar do saco (156) parte em excesso das mencionadas abas (138) acima dos mencionados meios de vedação e recolhimento (95) e (96) para conduzir para longe a mencionada parte em excesso. Terceira estação (300) compreende meios de dobra (136), (138), (141), (145), (150) e (157) para dobrar para o lado as abas vedadas (178) no topo do saco. Quarta estação (400) compreende meios (173) para fixar na posição as mencionadas abas dobradas (178).
