Abstract

"êMBOLO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA E PROCESSO DE FUNDIçãO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um êmbolo (1), que compreende uma área superior (5) aproximadamente cilíndrica circular, e uma área inferior (6) com dois cubos (7), que estão deslocados para trás em relação ao eixo central do êmbolo (8), de tal modo que, na área superior (5) podem ser dispostos recessos (12, 12<39>) que são abertos para a área inferior (6), na adjacência dos cubos (7). A fim de efetuar cortes traseiros (13, 13<39>), na área entre os cubos (7) e na área superior (5), uma parte de molde de sal (15) é colocada na respectiva inserção de janela (14). A parte de molde de sal (15) serve para a produção dos recessos (12, 12<39>), bem como, dos cortes traseiros (13, 13<39>) quando o êmbolo (1) está fundido, e é removida por lavagem depois que o êmbolo (1) está fundido pronto.
