Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ANIDRIDO FTáLICO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de anidrido ftálico, no qual a oxidação em fase gasosa catalítica de o-xileno e/ ou naftaleno é efetuada através de pelo menos três camadas de catalisador de atividade crescente, em que a última camada do sistema de catalisador contém fósforo e, além disso, a última camada contém pelo menos 10%, em peso, de vanádio (calculado como V~ 2~O~ 5~) com base na massa ativa do catalisador e uma razão de vanádio (calculado como V~ 2~O~ 5~) para fósforo de mais do que 35.
