Abstract
"PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto alimentício que compreende um agente de saciedade encapsulado e pelo menos 2% em peso de proteína, excluindo qualquer proteína presente como ou no agente de saciedade encapsulado, sendo que o agente de saciedade é encapsulado pelo material de encapsulamento reticulado e também que, com o consumo do produto alimentício por um indivíduo, o agente de saciedade é predominantemente liberado do material do encapsulamento nos intestinos desse indivíduo. Também é apresentado um método de preparação do produto alimentício. O produto alimentício pode ser usado em um plano para a perda de peso ou para o controle do peso, por exemplo, como um produto substituto de uma refeição ou para o controle do peso.
