Abstract
"MéTODO DE DECOMPOR DIóXIDO DE NITROGêNIO EM MONóXIDO DE NITROGêNIO EM UM GáS DE EXAUSTãO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE QUEIMA POBRE, SISTEMA DE EXAUSTãO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, E, VEìCULO". Um método de decompor dióxido de nitrogênio em monóxido de nitrogênio em um gás de exaustão de um motor de combustão interna de queima pobre, tal como um motor a diesel, compreendendo ajustar a relação de hidrocarboneto C1: óxidos de nitrogênio (HC C1:NO~ x~) do gás de exaustão para de 0, 1 a 2 e colocar em contato esta mistura de gás de exaustão com um oxido refratário acídico particulado selecionado do grupo consistindo de zeólitos, titânia dopada de tungstênio, zircónia-titânia, gama-alumina, sílica amorfa-alumina e misturas de quaisquer dois ou mais destes, e passar o gás efluente para a atmosfera.
