Abstract
"MéTODO PARA REATIVAçãO DE CATALISADOR DE ZEóLITO". Processos aperfeiçoados são proporcionados para a produção de compostos aromáticos de alquila usando catalisador (es) de zeólito e para a reativação periódica ín situ de catalisador(es) de zeólito que se tornaram pelo menos parcialmente desativados. os processos de acordo com a invenção são realizados, tipicamente, em uma seção de reação carregada com catalisador(es) em que um composto aromático de alquila desejado é produzido a partir de alimentação de compostos aromáticos e de olefina, seguido por uma seção de separação na qual o produto desejado é isolado e recuperado. As reações de alquilação, transalquilação e/ou isomerização que ocorrem na seção de reação são realizadas em fase líquida ou fase liquida parcial sobre o(s) referido(s) catalisador(es) de zeólito. Pelo menos uma parte do(s) catalisador(es) de zeólito empregado (s) na seção de reação é reativada ín situ, periodicamente ou quando considerado necessário, através de contado do(s) catalisador(es) desativado(s) em temperatura elevada e na ausência substancial de estoque de alimentação de olefina, com uma corrente de extração aromática compreendendo o composto aromático de alimentação, o produto aromático de alquila desejado, subprodutos formados no processo ou misturas dos mesmos, para restaurar sua atividade.
