Abstract

"APARELHO DE CONTROLE DE COMUNICAçãO, APARELHO DE TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO, APARELHO DE SERVIDOR, E MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE COMUNICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de controle de comunicação, um aparelho de terminal de comunicação, um aparelho de servidor, e um método de controle de comunicação que continuam uma comunicação de vídeo e/ou voz em um modo que parece ininterrupto para o usuário mesmo quando as condições de comunicação mudam em um ambiente móvel. Introduzir uma nova seção de gerenciamento de camada que notifica a uma camada superior as informações de camada inferior tais como a intensidade de campo e o congestionamento de rede em um aparelho de terminal de comunicação convencional, o qual está configurado de tal modo que as suas informações de camada inferior ficam ocultas da aplicação, permite que a seção de controle de conexão que prove o ambiente de geração de serviço da aplicação reconheça as informações de camada inferior diretamente, e torna possível vários tipos de determinações de status e mudanças de controle com base nas informações de camada inferior no nível da aplicação.
