Abstract

"método para análise eletroforética capilar, métodos para pesquisa e tipagem de proteínas monoclonais, processo para preparação de anticorpos modificados, anticorpos modificados, kit para detecção e tipagem de proteínas monoclonais e uso de anticorpos". a presente invenção trata de um método para a análise eletroforética capilar de uma amostra biológica que compreende a utilização de anticorpos modificados carregados negativamente de modo tal que eles migrem para uma zona situada fora da zona de migração das proteínas da amostra biológica quando são separadas durante a eletroforese, sendo que os referidos anticorpos possuem uma especificidade antigênica para uma proteína alvo determinada.
