Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO FOTOPOLIMERIZáVEL, PLACA DE IMPRESSãO FLEXOGRáFICA, E, FORMAS EM RELEVO DE IMPRESSãO FLEXOGRáFICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição fotopolimerizável, que compreende: (a) de 20 a 98,9% em peso, com base no peso dos componentes (a) e (b), de um ou mais copolímeros em bloco elastoméricos termoplásticos, compreendendo um copolímero em bloco elastomérico termoplástico de fórmulas A-C-A (1) ou (A-C)~ n~ X (2), em que cada A representa, independentemente, um bloco polimérico de predominante um hidrocarboneto aromático monovinílico, tendo um peso molecular aparente na faixa de 7000 a 25000, em que n é um inteiro igual a ou maior do que 2 e em que X é o resíduo de um agente de acoplamento e em que cada C representa, independentemente, um bloco copolimérico substancialmente aleatório J/13) de predominantemente isopreno e butadieno, em uma razão de peso mútuo na faixa de 20/80 a 80/20, em que dito bloco polimérico C tem uma temperatura de transição vítrea (Tg) de no máximo 0<198>C (determinada de acordo com ASTM E1356-98) e tendo um teor de ligação de vinila (a polimerização de adição-1,2 e/ou 3,4 do isopreno e butadieno) na faixa de 5 a 70% em mol, dito copolímero em bloco termoplástico tendo um teor de poli(hidrocarboneto monovinil aromático) na faixa de 10 a 45% em peso e tendo um peso molecular aparente do copolímero em bloco completo na faixa de 100.000 a 1.500.000, (b) de 1 a 60% em peso, com base no peso dos componentes (a) e (b), de um ou mais compostos de baixo peso molecular, fotopolimerizáveis e etilenicamente insaturados, (c) de 0,1 a 10% em peso, com base na composição fotopolimerizável total, de um ou mais iniciadores de polimerização e, opcionalmente, (d) de 0 a 40% em peso, com base nas composições fotopolimerizáveis totais, de uma ou mais placas de impressão auxiliares e flexográficas, derivadas de ditas composições fotopolimerizáveis, e formas em relevo de impressão flexográfica, preparadas de ditas placas.
