Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE RODA E MéTODO DE MONTAR UMA RODA A UM EIXO". Apresente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de roda na qual um cubo (233) é constituído tanto por um corpo de cubo (239) quanto por um elemento de suporte de borracha (267) que fecha uma abertura (237) do corpo de cubo (239), um mancal direito (245) disposto na lateral do corpo de cubo (239) e um mancal esquerdo (244) disposto na lateral do elemento de suporte de borracha (267) são montados em um eixo (232) de modo giratório, e um colar interno (246) para manter constante a distância entre os mancais direito e esquerdo (244, 245), é encaixado no eixo (232). Nessa estrutura de roda, o mancal direito (245) é encostado no elemento de suporte de borracha (267) através de um colar externo cilíndrico (247) que circunda o colar interno (246). Quando o mancal direito é encaixado por pressão no orifício do corpo de cubo, uma carga encaixada por pressão imposta no mancal direito pode ser suportada pelo elemento de suporte de borracha através do colar externo. Conseq³entemente, a rigidez do cubo pode ser intensificada e é possível impedir deformação do corpo de cubo. Adicionalmente, é possível suportar uma carga maior atuando no cubo durante funcionamento veicular.
