Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO ANTIMICROBIANO". A invenção corresponde à aplicação de um extrato de lúpulo, extrato de lúpulo hidrogenado, ácidos alfa de lúpulo, ácidos beta de lúpulo, ácidos de lúpulo hidrogenados, derivados de ácidos de lúpulo ou suas resinas, cada um separadamente ou em combinação de dois ou mais, na superfície interna de um revestimento celulósico usado na fabricação de salsichas, para evitar o aparecimento e o crescimento de bactérias grã-positivas, especialmente do gênero Listeria nestes produtos de carne. De modo similar, a invenção também apresenta um revestimento celulósico para produtos de carne revestido internamente com uma solução dos derivados de lúpulo mencionados e um produto de carne produzido utilizando este revestimento celulósico. Finalmente, a invenção apresenta um método de aplicar esta solução a um produto de carne.
