Abstract
"MéTODOS DE USINAR UM FLANCO DE DENTE DE UMA ENGRENAGEM E DE USINAR SUPERFìCIES DE FLANCO DE DENTE DE ELEMENTOS DE ENGRENAGEM CONJUGáVEIS, E, ENGRENAGEM". Um método de usinar pelo menos um flanco de dente de uma engrenagem, usando uma ferramenta de acabamento. O método compreende girar a ferramenta de acabamento, tal como uma ferramenta de moagem, e conduzir a ferramenta e o flanco de dente para contato entre si. é provido movimento relativo entre a ferramenta e a engrenagem para cruzar a ferramenta transversalmente ao flanco de dente ao longo de uma trajetória, com o que a trajetória produz uma geometria de flanco de dente de uma forma que, quando conduzido para engrenamento com um flanco de dente conjugável para formar um par de dentes, sem carga ou com uma carga leve, apresenta uma curva de gráfico de movimento ( A ) que intercepta, pelo menos duas vezes, uma curva de gráfico de movimento de pelo menos um dentre um par de dentes imediatamente precedente ( P ) e um par de dentes que se segue imediatamente ( F ). A curva de gráfico de movimento do par de dentes descreve contato entre flancos de dente respectivos do par de dentes a partir de uma entrada inicial em engrenamento até uma saída final de engrenamento como sendo superior a uma quantidade de rotação de engrenagem maior que 1,0 passo e, de preferência, de cerca de 1,5 passos a cerca de 3,0 passos.
