Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO DE REGISTRO PARADISPOSITIVO DE CARREGAMENTO DE UM RECIPIENTE DEPRESSãO". A invenção refere-se a um aparelho de registro para odispositivo de carregamento de um recipiente de pressão,especialmente para o armazenamento de gases liq³efeitoscriogênicos, que apresenta uma válvula de interrupção com umalojamento de válvula e um corpo de válvula submetidos à tensãopor uma mola de fechamento que, a fim de carregar o recipiente depressão, pode ser trazida para a posição aberta contra a força damola de fechamento, apresentando um aparelho para travar ocorpo da válvula na posição aberta da válvula e apresentando umaparelho de desengate submetido à ação da pressão dorecipiente, o que faz com que o aparelho venha a desengatar atrava, se uma pressão limite predeterminada do recipiente forexcedida. De acordo com a invenção, a pressão limite dorecipiente, na qual acontece o fechamento do dispositivo decarregamento, pode ser preestabelecida com uma precisãoconsideravelmente maior, pelo fato do aparelho de desengatedispor de um cilindro (1), um pistão (2) e uma haste do pistão (3),pelo fato da abertura anular permeável ao meio ser provida entre opistão (2) e o cilindro (1), pelo fato da haste do pistão (3) atuar noaparelho para liberar a trava, pelo fato do cilindro (1) apresentaruma válvula de transbordamento (4, 12) em um lado do pistão (2) aqual se abrirá, quando a pressão limite do recipiente for alcançada,e pelo fato do cilindro (1) ficar em conexão de fluxo com orecipiente de pressão em um lado do pistão (2) e ficar em conexãode fluxo com um volume de pressão de referência, preferivelmentea atmosfera ambiente, no outro lado do pistão (Figura 1), quando aválvula de transbordamento (4, 12) for aberta.
