Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de cierre para la instalacion de llenado de un recipiente de presion, en especial para el almacenamiento de gaseslicuados ultracongelados, con una válvula de cierre que tiene una carcasa de válvula y uncuerpo de válvula sometido a la fuerza de un muelle de cierre,pudiéndose situar esta válvula en la posicion abierta, presionando contra la fuerza del muelle de cierre, para llenar el recipiente de presion, con undispositivo para el bloqueo delcuerpo de la válvula en la posicion abierta de la válvula y con un dispositivo de disparo sometido a la presion del recipiente,que al sobrepasarse una presion límite prefijada en el recipiente hace que el dispositivo permita la realizacion delbloqueo. De acuerd o con la presenteinvencion, la presion límite del recipiente, con la que tiene lugarel cierre del dispositivo de llenado, puede ser prefijada de un modo considerablemente másexacto, haciendo que el dispositivo de disparo tenga uncilindro (1), un émb olo (2) y un vástago (3) del émbolo, que entre el émbolo (2) y el cilindro (1) estéprevista una hendidura anular que permite el paso del medio, que el vástago (3) del émbolo actue sobre el dispositivo para permitir larealizacion del bloqueo,que el c ilindro (1) tenga en un lado del émbolo (2) una válvula de sobrecarga (4,12) que se abre al alcanzarse la presion límite del recipiente, que estandoabierta la válvula de sobrecarga (4,12), el cilindro (1) esté unidoen un lado del émbolo (2), con cir culacion de caudal, al recipiente de presion y en el otrolado del émbolo esté unido, con circulacion de caudal, a un volumen de presion de referencia, preferentemente a la atmosfera circundante. (Figura 1).
