Abstract

"BLOCOS DE REPRESAMENTO ENCHAVETADOS PARA FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA DE METAIS, MéTODOS E DISPOSITIVOS". Uma outra face confrontável tem um rebaixo, tal como um encaixe de chaveta, para receber estreitamente uma chaveta de um bloco adjacente, ou tem dois rebaixos adelgaçados, para receber estreitamente duas projeções adelgaçadas de um bloco adjacente. Bordas externas e filetes de fundo de chavetas (e ressaltos e filetes de fundo de encaixes de chavetas) são raiadas com raios da ordem de cerca de 1,2 a cerca de 3 milímetros. Superfícies inferiores de blocos são mostradas tendo ranhuras para receber um membro de tensão. Uma extremidade inferior de chaveta pode ser recortada inferiormente próximo à ranhura, para aliviar concentração de tensão. Um par de filetes paralelos cortados inferiormente são mostrados estendendo-se ao longo de lados opostos de uma chaveta. Eles têm um raio da ordem de cerca de 3 a cerca de 5 milímetros.
