Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS CELULóSICOS MOLDADOS processo para produzir artigos celulósicos moldados, particularmente fibras e filamentos compreendendo a) dissolver a celulose em uma solução aquosa de um óxido de amina terciária, especialmente Nmetilmorfolina N-óxido, e b) extrudar a solução de celulose através de uma matriz de extrusão via um intervalo de ar em um banho de precipitação com precipitação dos artigos moldados, dita solução de celulose e/ou dito banho de precipitação contendo um tenso-ativo caracterizado pelo fato de na etapa b) o conteúdo de tenso-ativo c da solução de celulose e/ou do banho de precipitação estar na faixa de 100 ppm > c <242> 5 ppm, e a largura do intervalo de ar estar na faixa de 2 a 20 mm. Com esse processo a largura de intervalo de ar pode ser consideravelmente reduzida sem deterioração das propriedades das fibras/filamentos.
