Abstract

"PROCESSO AUTOTéRMICO PARA A PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS E COMPOSIçãO DE CATALISADOR". A presente invenção compreende um processo e um catalisador para a oxidação parcial de hidrocarbonetos parafínicos, tais como etano, propano, nafta, e condensados de gás natural, a olefinas, tais como etileno e propileno. O processo envolve contatar um hidrocarboneto parafínico com oxigênio na presença de um catalisador e hidrogênio sob condições de processo autotérmicas. Pré-aquecer a alimentação decresce o consumo de oxigênio e aumenta o balanço líquido de hidrogênio. O catalisador compreende um metal do Grupo 8B, preferivelmente um metal do grupo da platina, e pelo menos um promotor selecionado dentre os Grupos 1B, 6B, 3A, 4A, e 5A, opcionalmente suportados e m um suporte catalítico, tal como magnésia ou alunina. Em concretizações preferidas, o suporte é pré-tratado com um modificador de suporte selecionado dentre os Grupos 1A, 2A, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 1B, 3A, 4A, 5A, os lantanídios de terras raras, e os actinídios.
