Abstract

''CERâMICAS E PROCESSO DE SINTERIZAçãO CONTìNUA'' Um processo contínuo para fabricação de compactados sinterizados cerâmicos onde o processo compreende as etapas de: formar um compactado verde a partir de uma mistura de pó compreendendo componentes que contêm elementos de silício, alumínio, oxigênio, nitrogênio; e uma mistura de pó adicionalmente compreendendo um componente de pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste de ítrio, escândio, cério, lantânio e metais da série de lantanídeos, e o segundo componente compreendendo entre 0,1 a 10% em peso de mistura de pó; executar tratamento térmico do compactado verde, tratamento térmico que compreende passar continuamente o compactado verde ao longo de pelo menos uma zona de aquecimento para produzir um compactado sinterizado.
