Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA MEDIR A TEMPERATURA DE UM VISOR DE CRISTAL LìQUIDO, TELEFONE MóVEL, COMPUTADOR PORTáTIL, E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM DISPOSITIVO PARA DETERMINAR A TEMPERATURA DE UM VISOR DE CRISTAL LìQUIDO" A temperatura de um LCD (43), por exemplo, provida em um telefone móvel (41), é medida cobrindo o LCD (43) com uma lâmina do fundo da tela de "toque"condutora (42), possuindo relação resistência temperatura conhecida. Um resistor estável quanto à temperatura (44) é conectado à lâmina do fundo da tela de "toque" (42), e uma tensão é aplicada sobre o resistor e a lâmina. O sinal de tensão entre o resistor (44) e a lâmina do fundo da tela de "toque" (42) é medido e convertido em representação digital por um conversor A/D (45). O sinal de tensão medido é usado para calcular a temperatura da lâmina do fundo da tela de "toque" que é substancialmente igual à temperatura do LCD (43).
