Abstract

"BANDEJA DE PRENSAGEM COM INJEçãO DE VAPOR PARA PRENSAR MATERIAIS FIBROSOS". Uma bandeja de distribuição (16), para uso em uma prensa de prancha de fibra (10), tendo uma cavidade de moldagem (17) e incluindo um conduto de injeção de vapor (26) provendo comunicação fluida para dentro da citada cavidade de moldagem (17) a partir de um suprimento remoto de vapor (28). A bandeja de distribuição (16) adicionalmente inclui um conduto de exaustão de vapor (30) que provê comunicação fluida a partir da cavidade de moldagem (17) até uma localização remota. A bandeja de prensagem (16) permite o fluxo contínuo de vapor para dentro da cavidade de moldagem (17) através do conduto dedicado de injeção de vapor (26), e o fluxo contínuo de vapor e umidade a partir da cavidade de moldagem (17) através dos condutos dedicados de exaustão (30).
