A presente invenção refere-se a um acentuador de sabor compreendendo um concentrado de tomate claro. A presente invenção refere-se também a um método para acentuar o sabor de alimentos compreendendo adicionar um concentrado de tomate claro ao alimento em uma quantidade suficiente para acentuar o sabor.
