Abstract

ESTATOR DE METAL AMORFO PARA UM MOTOR ELéTRICO DE FLUXO RADIAL E MéTODO DE SUA CONSTRUçãO Um estator de metal amorfo para um motor elétrico de fluxo radial de alta eficiência apresentando uma pluralidade de segmentos, cada um dos quais inclui uma pluralidade de camadas de tiras amorfo. Os segmentos plurais são arranjados para formarem um estator genericamente cilíndrico apresentando uma pluralidade de seções denteadas ou pólos projetando-se radialmente para dentro a partir da superfície interna do estator. Em uma primeira modalidade, o ferro de base e os dentes do estator são construídos de modo que o fluxo radial passando através do estator cruza justo uma folga de ar atravessando cada segmento do estator. Em uma segunda modalidade, o ferro de base e os dentes de estator são construídos de modo que o fluxo radial passando através do estator atravessa cada segmento sem cruzar uma folga de ar.
