Abstract

"ROTOR PARA UM MOTOR SìNCRONO E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Um rotor de um motor síncrono e um método de fabricação do mesmo. O rotor do motor síncrono compreende um núcleo principal, formado a partir de uma pluralidade de folhas de ferro finas laminadas, as folhas de ferro finas tendo um orifício em um centro para o recebimento de um eixo rotativo, e vários orifícios de imã e orifícios de condutor induzido dispostos radialmente nas folhas de ferro finas em um espaço predeterminado diferente do orifício, uma pluralidade de ímãs inseridos nos orifícios de ímã do núcleo principal, núcleos suplementares tendo um orifício e orifícios de condutor induzido correspondentes ao orifício e aos orifícios de condutor induzido do núcleo principal, dispostos nas extremidades do núcleo principal, onde o ímã é inserido, um condutor induzido formado pelo lingotamento através dos orifícios de condutor induzido do núcleo principal e dos orifícios de condutor induzido dos núcleos suplementares. Conseq³entemente, através do condutor induzido e do ímã, a eficiência do motor pode ser melhorada. Mais ainda, a produtividade também pode ser aumentada, por causa do procedimento de fabricação encurtado, uma vez que o ímã é naturalmente preso pelo lingotamento do condutor induzido através do núcleo principal e dos núcleos suplementares.
