Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA OPERAR UM SISTEMA DE RáDIO COMUNICAçãO, E, APARELHO PARA USO EM UM SISTEMA DE RáDIO COMUNICAçãO". Um sistema de rádio comunicação que utiliza um espectro de freq³ências disponível que é dividido em diversos canais a serem usados pelo sistema de rádio comunicação é operado de acordo com uma estratégia de transposição de freq³ência que permite que um usuário utilize simultaneamente mais de um canal durante cada período de transposição onde é permissível, porém não mandatório para pelo menos um dos canais utilizados pelo usuário durante um primeiro período de transposição ser usado novamente pelo usuário durante um segundo período de transposição seguindo imediatamente, desde que pelo menos um dos canais utilizados pelo usuário durante o segundo período de transposição é diferente de todos os canais utilizados pelo usuário durante o primeiro período de transposição. Em algumas realizações, o número de canais simultaneamente utilizado por qualquer usuário não precisa ser o mesmo que o número de canais simultaneamente utilizados por qualquer outro usuário.
