Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORMA FARMACêUTICA MULTIPARTICULAR COM LIBERAçãO PROGRAMADA E PULSADA E SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma forma farmacêutica multiparticular com liberação retardada e pulsada, permitindo obter o começo da colocação do princípio ativo à disposição nas 4 a 8 horas, de acordo com a ingestão dessa forma farmacêutica, depois a liberação progressiva da totalidade do princípio ativo nas 8 as 20 horas seguintes, caracterizada pelo fato de ser isenta de ácido orgânico e de ela se apresentar sob a forma de esferóides medicamentosos constituídos de um suporte esférico neutro que comporta um primeiro revestimento à base de uma mistura de pelo menos um polímero hidrossolúvel e de pelo menos um polímero não hidrossolúvel no meio do qual são uniformemente repartidas partículas constitutivas de um princípio ativo, o conjunto comportando um segundo revestimento à base de pelo menos dois polímeros pH independentes, apresentando graus de permeabilidade face aos meios gástrico e intestinal diferentes, eventualmente de pelo menos um polímero pH dependente, de pelo menos um plastificante e de pelo menos uma carga inerte uniformemente repartida nesse revestimento.
