Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FUSãO DE METAIS EM UM FORNO ROTATIVO ALONGADO, E, APARELHO PARA CONDUZIR O PROCESSO DE FUSãO DE METAL CONTìNUA". Um processo contínuo é apresentado para rápida fusão de uma variedade de metais ferrosos e não ferrosos virgens e reciclados. Este é realizado distribuindo a introdução dos materiais de carga não em fusão e sim os requisitos de calor de fusão ao longo de uma zona de reação de gás/sólido/líquido alongada dentro de um forno rotativo, de acordo com a distribuição de calor disponível para efetuar a fusão. No caso de materiais de carga, fundentes e reagentes aditivos de dimensões finas, esta distribuição de carga é implementada pela translação do jato de tubeira, conforme dirigido para penetrar no banho de metal e escória a partir de uma lança de injeção de sólidos, sucessivamente para trás e para a frente e, no caso de materiais de dimensões grosseiras pela translação de descarga de um transportador oscilante.
