Abstract

"INSTALAçãO DE REDUçãO DIRETA PARA PRODUZIR METAL FUNDIDO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL DE ALIMENTAçãO METALìFERO". Expõe-se uma disposição de alimentação de sólidos para uma instalação de redução direta. A disposição de alimentação de sólidos inclui dois ou mais pares de lanças para injetarem materiais de alimentação sólidos para um processo de redução direta em um vaso de redução direta. A disposição de alimentação de sólidos também inclui uma linha de alimentação principal e um par de linhas de derivação para alimentar material de alimentação sólido às lanças de cada par de lanças com as linhas de derivação interligando a linha de alimentação principal e as lanças do par de lanças. As lanças ficam dispostas em torno do vaso em pares de lanças diametralmente opostas. Pelo menos um par de lanças é proporcionado para injetar material de alimentação metalífero (tal como materiais que contêm ferro, particularmente finos de minério de ferro) e pelo menos um dos outros pares de lanças é proporcionado para injetar material carbonáceo sólido (tal como carvão) e opcionalmente fundentes.
