Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO ALIMENTìCIA E SEU PROCESSO DE USO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição alimentícia, de preferência a uma composição que altera a composição do organismo e/ou capacidade física de trabalho. A invenção proporciona ainda um processo para aperfeiçoar a composição do organismo e/ou a sua capacidade física e trabalho. Em um aspecto da presente invenção proporciona-se uma composição alimentícia para uso na mudança da composição do organismo e/ou de sua capacidade física de trabalho, sendo que a composição alimentícia compreende colostro. Em um aspecto preferido provê-se uma composição alimentícia para uso na alteração da composição do organismo e/ou na sua capacidade física de trabalho, a composição incluindo colostro ou uma fração sua, a fração incluindo fatores de crescimento derivados de colostro mantidos no mesmo, seguindo o fracionamento do colostro. A composição alimentícia pode incluir adicionalmente caseína. De preferência a caseína é derivada do colostro e mantida na fração do colostro, seguindo o processo de fracionamento.
