"POLIPEPTìDEO, PROTEìNA DE FUSãO, COMPOSIçãO, PROCESSOS PARA TRATAR INFECçãO FúNGICA E PARA DETERMINAR A PRESENçA DE QUITINA EM UMA AMOSTRA, KIT PARA DIAGNóSTICO DA PRESENçA DE QUITINA EM UMA AMOSTRA, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO COMPREENDENDO UM FRAGMENTO DE QUITINASE HUMANA, E, ANTICORPO MONOCLONAL" A presente invenção proporciona fragmentos de ligação de quitina da quitinase humana, análogos de fragmentos, sequências de polinucleotídeos purificados e isolados codificando esses fragmentos e análogos, e materiais e processos para a produção recombinante de produtos de fragmentos de quitinase humana dos quais se espera sejam úteis como em produtos para detectar quitina, ligar quitina, e tratar infecções fúngicas, ou para o desenvolvimento de produtos úteis para tratar os mesmos.
