Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQuêNCIA DE PROMOTOR DE PLASTìDIO DE PLANTA"<D>. é descrito um novo promotor isolado da região de flanco em 5', a montante da seq³ência de codificação do gene clpP para plastídio de Arabidopsis. Também descritos são um novo método para a utilização de regiões de codificação de proteína de genes para plastídios, para isolar seq³ências reguladoras intervenientes e um novo método para aperfeiçoar a eficiência de transformação de plastídio usando promotores de plastídios exógenos, que diferem, na seq³ência de nucleotídeos, dos promotores de plastídios nativos.
