Abstract

A találmány növényekből származó indukálható promóterekre vonatkozik,továbbá azok alkalmazására heterológ gének szabályozottexpresszáltatására. A találmány tárgyát közelebbről olyan rekombinánsvagy izolált DNS-molekulák képezik, melyek indukálható, a természetbenpatogenezisasszociált proteint kódoló gén expreszszióját irányítópromótert tartalmaznak, és amelyek alkalmasak heterológ génekexpressziójának szabályozására transzformált növényekben. A találmánytárgyát képezik továbbá a találmány szerinti DNS-szekvenciáttartalmazó vektorok, a találmány szerinti DNS-molekulákat vagyvektorokat tartalmazó gazdasejtek és a találmány szerintigazdasejteket tartalmazó transzgenikus növények. A találmány tárgyátképezi továbbá egy eljárás a találmány szerinti promóterrelfunkcionálisan kapcsolt heterológ gének expressziójának szabályozásáraképes hatóanyagok azonosítására, valamint a találmány szerintieljárással azonosított hatóanyagok. A találmány szerinti megoldásalkalmas gének szabályozott - környezeti hatások és fejlődési fázisáltal kevéssé befolyásolt, ABA, etilén vagy sérülés által nemaktivált, patogénnel történő fertőződésre szisztémásan nem indukálódó- expresszáltatására transzformált növényekben.
