<B>"FONE DE OUVIDO SEM RUìDO DE IMPULSO PARA PROTEçãO CONTRA PERDA DE AUDIçãO CONDUTIVA"<D> Fone de ouvido sem ruído de impulso para proteção contra a perda de audição condutiva, inclui um alojamento do fone de ouvido (40) e um alto-falante (50) montado na câmara interna do som (43). A extremidade frontal do alojamento do fone de ouvido (40) tem um tampão (41) adaptado para ser colocado entre a trágus (16) e o anti-trágus (15) do ouvido externo (10), enquanto a extremidade de trás deles, possui um capuz (42) com a cavidade da câmara de som. O alto-falante (50), é suportado na cavidade da câmara de som em torno do capuz (42), no qual uma pluralidade de orifícios (44) de som são distribuídos, onde a saída do som do alto-falante (50) deve ser posicionado para facear o capuz e o lado oposto ao tampão.
