Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA O RECONHECIMENTO DA NECESSIDADE DE DESCARTAR CABOS DE FIBRAS ARTIFICIAIS"<D>. Para o reconhecimento da necessidade de descartar cabos de fibras artificiais (1), preferencialmente cabos de fibras de aramido, por pelo menos duas camadas de liços (7, 14) trançados em contratorção uma com a outra é prevista uma construção de cabo neutra em termos de torção de liços de fibras portadoras (2, 3, 4, 5), contrabalançando-se os torques de entrançamento condicionado das camadas de liços. (7, 14). Quando de enfraquecimentos assimétricos das camadas de liços (7, 14), condicionados por desgaste ou influências alheias, o cabo (1), sob carga, no funcionamento contínuo, começa a se torcer em volta do seu eixo longitudinal (20). A torção do cabo (1) pode ser tornada visível por diferentes medidas. Em um tipo de execução, uma marcação (11) prevista no sentido longitudinal do cabo serve para o reconhecimento visual da necessidade de descarte do cabo com base em uma torção do cabo.
