Abstract

<B>Folha de Mola de Tipo-Avançado, em Particular para Uma Suspensão de Um Veículo<D>, onde uma folha de mola (1), em particular para uma suspensão de um veículo, do tipo folha-múltipla, e preferentemente do tipo folha-dupla, tem uma primeira folha superior (2), provida em extremidades respectivas (8, 9) de correspondentes ilhóses (15, 16), para fixação a um veículo, feita de material metálico, por exemplo aço, ao passo que, uma segunda folha (3), a qual está conectada a uma superfície inferior (4) da primeira folha (2), é feita de material composto (''composite''), por exemplo plástico reforçado com fibra de vidro; os ilhóses de fixação (15, 16), que são feitos por deformação plástica das extremidades (8, 9) da primeira folha (2), são dispostos inteiramente sobre um lado de um eixo longitudinal de simetria (50) da primeira folha (2), no lado oposto à segunda folha (3); a segunda folha (3) estende-se longitudinalmente com suas próprias bordas de extremidade (13, 14) respectivas ao menos tão afastadas quanto os centros geométricos dos ilhóses (15, 16); entre as folhas (2, 3), na vizinhança dos ilhóses (15, 16) e parcialmente abaixo do último, há interpostos dois pára-choques por fricção (21 ,22) com uma espessura predeterminada, os quais são acoplados à folha inferior (2) por meio de um dente de acoplamento (27); o deslizamento relativo das folhas (2, 3) é evitado por um parafuso central (20), ao passo que sua rotação relativa é evitada por uma braçadeira (33) substancialmente na forma de um U, a qual é disposta na vizinhança de um dos ilhóses (15) - fig. 1.
