제1도 및 제2도에 있어서 도시된 바인더 스파인은 기본부(2)와, 그의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 측벽(3) 및 (4)를 가지는 도랑 형상의 몸체부(1)로 구성된다.

Claims (19)

  1. 함께 고정될 때 원통형의 스파인 구조를 형성하는 몸체부(1)와 이 몸체부(1)에 해제가능하게 고정될 수 있는 뚜껑부(6) 및, 각각이 2개의 근본적으로 평행한 긴측부와 2개의 짧은 끝부분(12),(12a)을 가지며, 상기 긴측부중의 하나는 뚜껑부(6)가 몸체부(1)에 고정될때 원통형 스파인 구조내에서 길이 방향으로 연장되고 나머지 하나의 긴측부는 뚜껑부(6)의 바깥 표면에 인접하여 스파인의 길이 방향으로 연장되도록 스파인의 뚜껑부(6) 주위에 위치되는 다수개의 연장된 고리(13)들로 구성되는 바인더용 스파인 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6) 및 몸체부(1)는 별개의 요소인 스파인 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6) 및 몸체부(1)는 이 뚜껑부(6) 및 몸체부(1)의 인접한 길이방향 측부를 따라서 연장되는 힌지(5)로써 영구적으로 결합되는 스파인 조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(1)는 연장되는 기본부(2)와, 도랑형 구조를 형성하기 위해서 이 기본부(2)의 길이방향 측부를 따라 연장되는 2개의 측벽(3),(4)으로 구성되며, 뚜껑부(6)는 상기 측벽(3),(4)의 하나에 힌지(5)로 부착되고 나머지 측벽에 해제가능하게 고정할 수 있는 스파인 조립체.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6)와 몸체부(1)가 플라스틱 재료로 부터 압출되고 변형가능한 힌지부(5)에 의해서 일체적으로 결합되는 스파인 조립체.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(1)의 측벽(3),(4)중 하나는 상기 기본부(2) 및 뚜껑부(6)에 힌지(5)로 부착되어서 상기 기본부(2)와 상기의 한 측면 및 뚜껑부(6)가 평면 배열을 이루도록 접혀질 수 있는 스파인 조립체.
  7. 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 힌지부(5)가 몸체부(1)및 뚜껑부(6)의 재료와 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 스파인 조립체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(1)와 뚜껑부(6) 및 힌지부(5)가 동시에 동시압출되는 스파인 조립체.
  9. 상기항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6) 및 몸체부(1)가 염화 폴리비닐로 형성되는 스파인 조립체.
  10. 상기 항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6)에는 그의 길이 방향의 중간에, 1개 이상의 개방된 끝단을 가지며 상기 뚜껑부의 길이방향 가장 자리로부터 측방향으로 연장되는 긴 홈(16)이 형성되며, 이 긴 홈(16)을 통하여 연장되도록 뚜껑부(6) 주위에 1개 이상의 제2의 고리(15)가 위치할 수 있는 배열로 되는 스파인 조립체.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부(6)가 이 뚜껑부(6)를 2개의 별개의 뚜껑 부분으로 분항하는 측방향으로 연장된 긴홈(16)을 갖는 스파인 조립체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 일련의 제1의 고리들은 상기 뚜껑부(6)의 하나를 둘러싸도록 위치시킬수 있고, 일련의 제2의 고리들은 나머지 뚜껑부를 둘러싸도록 위치시킬수 있으며, 일련의 제3의 고리들은 상기 뚜껑부(6) 전체를 동시에 둘러싸도록 위치시 킬 수 있는 스파인 조립체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 고리들은 상이한 크기로되며, 측방향으로 연장되는 긴홈(16)이 상기 스파인(22)의 뚜껑부(6)를 서로 다른 길이의 2개의 뚜껑부분으로 분할하는 스파인 조립체.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 측방향의 긴 홈(16)이 상기 뚜껑부(6)를 3개 이상의 별개의 뚜껑 부분으로 나누며, 이 뚜껑부분들은 서로 같거나 다른 길이를 갖느 스파인 조립체.
  15. 앞쪽 표지판(20)과 뒤쪽 표지판(21) 및 스파인 판(22)을 포함하며, 이스파인 판(22)에느 상기 항들에 의한 스파인 조립체가 부착되는 바인더.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 간격을 두고 동축을 연결되는 2개의 스파인조립체가 마련되며, 각각의 스파인 조립체는 상기 바인더 스파인판(22)에 고정되는 몸체부(1)와 뚜껑부(6)를 가지며, 제1크기의 일련의 고리들이 뚜껑부(6)의 하나를 둘러싸도록 위치할 수 있고 제2크기의 일련의 고리들은 나머지 뚜껑부를 둘러싸도록 위치할 수 있으며 제3 크기의 일련의 고리들은 전체 뚜껑부를 둘러싸도록 구성되는 바인더.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 스파인 조립체는 서로 다른 길이로 이루어지는 바인더.
  18. 첨부된 도면중 제1도, 제3도 도는 제4도를 참조로 설명된 바와같은 바인더용 스파인 조립체.
  19. 첨부된 도면중 제2도를 참조로 설명된 바와 같은 바인더.
