Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SEPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS DE BANHOS METáLICOS DE ZINCO POR MEIO DE UM CORPO OCO ROTATIVO, ACIONáVEL EM TORNO DE UM EIXO, IMERSO NA FUSãO DE ZINCO''<D>. A invenção descreve um processo e um dispositivo para separar compostos sólidos do zinco líquido ou de ligas com base em zinco líquido de um banho metálico. De acordo com o processo descrito, quantidades parciais da fase metálica que contêm o(s) composto(s) são submetidas a uma aceleração mais alta do que a aceleração da gravidade e, desse modo, pelo menos parcialmente dissociadas em frações que contêm componentes mais pesados e/ou mais leves. A massa fundida empobrecida de compostos sólidos é reconduzida ao banho metálico e a parte da massa fundida enriquecida dos compostos desejados é descarregada. O dispositivo descrito está substancialmente caracterizado pelo fato de que um corpo oco rotativo (2) é introduzido na massa fundida (1). O corpo oco rotativo (2) pode ser acionado em torno de um eixo e está dotado na área submersa ou inferior de meios de transporte (21), que se salientam no espaço oco. Em sua área de descarga ou superior, o corpo oco rotativo (2) está dotado de pelo menos uma abertura de descarga (23) para a massa fundida (14) empobrecida, disposta excentricamente em sua parede e com pelo menos uma outra abertura de descarga (25) para o metal líquido enriquecido dos compostos desejados, disposta centralmente e/ou disposta excentricamente no lado da descarga. Pelo menos uma das aberturas de descarga (23, 24) de massa fundida superiores no corpo rotativo (2) desemboca em uma região de descarga de uma carcaça (3), que circunda pelo menos parcialmente o corpo rotativo (2).
