Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA INTRODUZIR MATERIAL A GRANEL NUM RECIPIENTE METALúRGICO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a introdução de material a granel em um recipiente metalúrgico, particularmente de sucata num forno de arco voltaico, que apresenta pelo menos um eletrodo disposto de forma central na parte superior do recipiente, fechado com uma tampa estanque aos gases. O material a granel é transportado para o topo do recipiente metalúrgico em reservatórios individuais para material a granel. A abertura do reservatório de material a granel é conectada com peças de acoplamento da tampa. O material a granel é transportado para fora do reservatório por meio de peças transportadoras conectadas com os reservatórios de material a granel, e é introduzido dentro do recipiente metalúrgico por meio de aberturas de acesso existentes na tampa. No dispositivo adequado para a execução do processo, pelo menos uma peça circular ( 16 ) da tampa ( 15 ) é conectada no plano da tampa com um acionamento da tampa ( 51 ), de forma a poder girar. A peça rotativa da tampa ( 16 ) apresenta pelo menos uma abertura de alimentação ( 17 ), através da qual o material a granel pode ser transportado para dentro da parte superior do recipiente ( 11 ). As aberturas de alimentação ( 17 ) são recobertas com peças de acoplamento ( 31 ) que possuem uma parede ( 32 ) que pode ser fechada. Um reservatório de material a granel ( 41 ), que pode ser enchido com material a granel, é acoplável à peça de acoplamento ( 31 ). O reservatório de material a granel ( 41 ) é conectado com uma unidade transportadora ( 42, 43, 44 ), através da qual o material a granel pode ser transportado para dentro da parte superior do recipiente metalúrgico ( 11 ) por meio da abertura de alimentação ( 17 ), através da peça da tampa ( 16 ).
