Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"TUBOS DE LIGA E MéTODOS DE FABRICAçãO DOS MESMOS"<D>. Um tubo perfilado (50b) compreendendo uma liga com alto teor de carbono (mais do que 0,3%), uma superliga ou outro material de alta resistência à deformação, tem um furo estriado com aletas internas (52b) e vales ou calhas interpostas (56b). Tal tubo é feito por fundição centrífuga e usinagem eletroquímica subseq³ênte por meio do arrasto de um eletrodo (104) ao longo do tubo enquanto ao mesmo tempo passa o eletrólito ao longo do tubo e em volta do eletrodo e também aplica uma corrente elétrica entre o tubo e o eletrodo, de modo que o material do tubo passa em solução no eletrólito O eletrodo (104) tem o mesmo perfil que o perfil de saída requerido no tubo (80), todavia tem uma face de trabalho inclinada (124).
