O aparelho de limpeza de gás de descarga compreende um dispositivo de adsorção de fuligem (20) ligado a um tubo de descarga (2) de motor de combustão (1) para adsorver fuligem eletricamente, um dispositivo regenerante (40) para lavar e remover a fuligem adsorvida para o dispositivo de adsorção de fuligem (20) e para recuperar a sua capacidade de adsorção, e um dispositivo de condensação de núcleo (30) ligado ao tubo de descarga (2) do motor de combustão (1) para condensar vapor d'água no gás de descarga para remover a fuligem como núcleos ou caroços e gás nocivo junto com água condensada.
