Abstract

"MATERIAL DE ESTADO SóLIDO" Um processo para tratamento de materiais de estado sólido aqui é descrito, nos quais poros de seção transversal de até 200 nm são formados na camada superficial do material, e estes poros são preenchidos com filamentos de um outro material ou do mesmo material. Isto produz uma melhoria em certas características do material incluindo resistência e perdas acústicas. A invenção pode ser usada com sucesso na produção de materiais piezo-cerâmicos.
