Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO DE AJUSTE PARA O AJUSTE DA POSIçãO DE FASES DE UM EIXO". O dispositivo de ajuste (1) para o ajuste da posição de fase de um eixo, especialmente um eixo de cames (2), que é colocável em rotação por um eixo de acionamento, especialmente um eixo de manivela, através de um dispositivo de transmissão com ao menos uma roda de transmissão (6'), é configurado como uma máquina de êmbolo rotativo segundo o princípio orbital. O dispositivo de ajuste ajusta a posição de rotação da roda de transmissão (6') relativamente ao eixo. A máquina de êmbolo rotativo compreende um estator (5) com endentação interna (5a), um êmbolo rotativo anelar (4) com endentação externa (4a) engatando na endentação interna do estator (5a), uma parte de saída de movimento (3) colocável em rotação pelo êmbolo rotativo (4) e um dispositivo de válvula (8-12). De modo a controlar o movimento do êmbolo rotativo, o dispositivo de válvula (8-12) torna passíveis de união regiões parciais rotativas do compartimento de trabalho (7) entre estator (5) e êmbolo rotativo (4) com alta ou baixa pressão do dispositivo de suprimento de fluido. O dispositivo de suprimento de fluido compreende um mecanismo de controle, um detector de posição de fase e pelo menos uma válvula de controle. Ele permite que uma posição de fase teórica seja ajustada mediante ativação da válvula de uma maneira correspondente. Conexão de fluido ao dispositivo de ajuste ocorre por meio de duas conexões rotativas angulares (14a, 14b).
