"CIRCUITO DE NIVELAMENTO DE OSCILADOR CONTROLADO POR TENSãO DE ALTA FREQUêNCIA MONOLìTICO, E, COMUTADOR, OPERáVEL EM ALTAS FREQUêNCIAS, PARA CONECTAR UMA PRIMEIRA PARTE DE UM CIRCUITO INTEGRADO A UMA SEGUNDA PARTE DO CIRCUITO INTEGRADO" Um circuito de nivelamento de oscilador controlado por tensão de alta frequência inclui uma pluralidade de malhas de capacitância (140) seletivamente conectadas entre uma primeira (120) e uma segunda (130) entradas diferenciais de uma rede ativa de oscilador controlado por tensão (110). Uma pluralidade de diodos (159, 160), conectada em série com a respectiva pluralidade de malhas de capacitância (140), seletivamente conecta respectivas malhas de capacitância (140) entre a primeira (120) e segunda (130) entradas diferenciais quando diretamente polarizada.
