Abstract

Un circuito calibrador monolítico para osciladores de altafrecuencia controlados por tensión, que comprenden: una pluralidad de bucles capacitivos conectados de manera selectiva entre una primera y una segunda entrada diferencial de una red activa de oscilador por tensión; una pluralidad de diodos conectados en serie con la respectiva pluralidad de bucles capacitivos; cada diodo en la pluralidad de diodos sirva para conectar de manera selectiva un bucle capacitivo respectivo de la pluralidad de bucles capacitivos entre la primera y la segunda entrada diferencial; y un controlador para aplicar tensión de polarización directa al diodo del bucle capacitivo seleccionado.Un conmutador que puede operar a altas frecuencias, para conectar una primera porción de un circuito integrado a una segunda porción del circuito integrado, que comprende: Un diodo semiconductor bipolar complementario de metal óxido de protección contra descarga electrostática; Un primer capacitor conectado entre la primera porción del circuito integrado y una primera terminal del diodo; el capacitor sirve para aislar la primera porción del circuito integrado de una tensión de corriente directa aplicada a la primera terminal de diodo; y un segundo capacitor conectado entre la segunda porción del circuito integrado y una segunda terminal del diodo; el capacitor sirve para aislar la segunda porción del circuito integrado de una tensión de corriente directa aplicada a la segunda terminal del diodo.
