Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE CLOROPIRIMIDINA"<D>. Compostos de cloropirimidina, tais como 4,6-dicloro-2-etoxipirimidina, foram preparados em bom rendimento e boa pureza dos compostos de hidroxipirimidina correspondentes na ausência de solventes orgânicos e com uma quantidade reduzida de oxicloreto de fósforo realizando a reação na presença de um composto de trialquilamina e tricloreto de fósforo. As adições de composto de hidroxipirimidina e composto de trialquilamina poderiam ser feitas em reagentes. Os compostos de cloropirimidina produzidos foram recuperados em um modo aperfeiçoado adicionando cloro para converter os subprodutos de ácido clorofosfórico e tricloreto de fósforo a oxicloreto de fósforo, diluindo a mistura com composto de cloropirimidina adicional sendo produzido e removendo o oxicloreto de fósforo por destilação, combinando o resíduo com água e uma base, destilando o composto de trialquilamina da mistura resultante, e removendo a fase aquosa.
